INVESTOR

We are a developer having Austrian roots, operating successfully in Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic. Our projects may also be spotted in France, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Russia. We have been active in the Polish market for over 20 years. It is not our long presence in the industry, however, but our extensive portfolio comprising office, hotel and residential projects as well as shopping centres, which demonstrates our experience.

The main headquarters of UBM is located in Warsaw. We also have offices in Wroclaw and in Krakow. Some of our projects have been permanently etched into the urban landscape. It is hard to imagine Warsaw without the InterContinental Hotel, Lodz without the Andel's Hotel or Warsaw’s Plac Trzech Krzyży without the redeveloped building referred to as the Griffins House . We are working hard soon to add new, interesting buildings to this list.
